Except for reasons listed below, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 Please  double check your order before you submitting  your order.  We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing on your part, change of heart , color, etc. Please consult our  size chart to make sure you choose the correct size.  Our t-shirts are hoodies are unisex (Gildan Brand) unless otherwise stated.

You can return an item, within (7) seven days from receiving the item, if you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item - including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered. Note that some of the product images on our site may be increased in size for clarity. Also, please note that colors may vary on your actual product than what you see on your computer monitor or mobile phone screen. An item that appears to have a change in the actual design size or color is not considered a misprinted/damaged/defective item.

If you received a misprinted/damaged/defective item, contact customer service at customerservice@ooshascloset.com to initiate the return process. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.

In addition, we will not accept items under the following conditions: 

The item has been worn or washed.
The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors.
The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes

There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
Tags are removed, altered or damaged.
